We aim to do this respectfully. If you prefer not to appear in close-up photos, please let our team know at the event. 5. All presentations, materials, and event content remain the property of the organizer or speakers and may not be copied or distributed without permission. 6. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, speakers, and venue staff. 7. The organizer is not responsible for personal belongings brought to the event. 8. If the event must be postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to circumstances outside our control, we will provide updates and suitable options in line with our Cancellation Policy. 9.
